MMUA Mobile Testing Unit
A portable self-contained testing unit designed for temporary or permanent monitoring of continuous (analogue) parameters of electrical or technological systems and for recording of parameter changes during transients.
Unit features
- Monitoring of the following parameters:
- Analogue (continuous) electrical parameters (voltage, current)
- Other process parameters (pressure, temperature, flow-rate, frequency, power, vibrations etc.) converted to continuous electrical signal
- Connecting of the unit to standard operating instrumentation or to special sensors with electrical output
- Recording of parameter values versus time once the parameter exceeds a pre-set limit during transients or failures
- Instrument card with a multiplexed A/D converter making possible to monitor up to 16 parameters simultaneously
- "Sample & Hold" input amplifiers ensuring all the input signals are sampled (read) at the same moment
- The shortest sampling period of 0.01 ms (for a single input signal)
- Original GRAF software for effective data processing, displaying of the parameter values versus time and printing reports
- Synchronization with other testing systems using the GPS system
- Fully automatic unit operation
- Robust design suitable for industrial applications
- High reliability
The unit can be used for single surveillance tests or permanently run in a "watchdog" mode during normal operation of the monitored system.
