Event Analyses
We perform independent analyses of operational events and failures at industrial facilities.
Based on our own testing or data obtained from local recording devices and available operating documentation, we perform independent investigation of the event, analyze its causes and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence of similar events.
We prepare a detailed analysis report including investigation results and time behaviour of significant system parameters and component status (depending on the available information).
For purposes of international operating experience exchange systems, we prepare the report also in English or Russian.
