Parameter Testing
We perform testing of the following physical and process parameters:
For data acquisition, recording and processing, we use the MMUA Mobile Testing Unit. The unit can simultaneously monitor up to 16 parameters at the sampling frequency of 6 kHz (if only one parameter is monitored, the sampling frequency increases to 100 kHz).
The unit can be connected to electrical output of standard sensors, instrument transformers, converters or secondary gauges permanently installed at the measurement point. If no standard instrumentation is available, we use our own sensors and converters.
We can transform the non-standard output voltage values to levels appropriate for the MMUA unit.
Simultaneously with measuring the parameters, we can also record logical state of technological system components.
All the acquired data are displayed in charts and mathematically processed using the GRAF and LOGA software.
