Overvoltage Monitoring
A frequent or excessive overvoltage may cause degradation of power equipment insulation or damage semiconductor devices resulting in significant losses.
In order to take effective measures to eliminate overvoltage consequences, it is necessary to know the overvoltage amplitude, frequency and nature.
We provide short-term and long-term overvoltage monitoring including:
- Equipment voltage testing
- Registration of an overvoltage exceeding one of five adjustable voltage levels using the HRN-5 Overvoltage Recorder
- Recording of time behaviour of a fast overvoltage using the Dranetz 658 Analyzer; the data obtained by the analyzer are displayed and analysed using the GRAF software.
